WRONG ITEM/DOSAGE/MISSING ITEM – We will NOT FIX ANY ISSUES if you do not do this: You MUST take an UNBOXING VIDEO when opening your package. You must show the front and back of the vacuum seal or all items if no vacuum seal.

NO Hotels / Airbnb / Incorrect Addresses / Fake Names / Initials
“Returned To Sender” orders will not be replaced or refunded unless you can prove the address AND name on your order are current and valid. We do not use a real return address, so “returned to sender” orders are not returned to us, they are a loss.

Real name with real address – no initials
Shipping address must be a complete and valid address, and addressed to someone that regularly receives mail at the address. Using a fake name provides no legal advantage and only brings scrutiny from USPS. We can not expedite your order.
Packages will arrive in 3-6 business days once shipped.
If you have not received your order within 7 business days after receiving your tracking number, contact us via Site Messenger.

Typical shipping:
YOU WILL HAVE AN UPDATING TRACKING NUMBER WITHIN 10 DAYS OF ORDER PAYMENT CONFIRMATION. This is known as a “10-day TA“
If you leave a negative review because you did not read these terms YOU WILL BE BLACKLISTED.
